The Party Cells under the Party Committee of DEOCA Group in HCMC, Hanoi, and Phu Yen have successfully held their first congresses for the 2025–2027 term. This marks a significant step in strengthening the Party organization and closely integrating Party activities with the Group’s production and business activities.
Following the establishment of DEOCA Group's Party Committee on December 10, 2024, with a total of 42 Party members, its three affiliated Party Cells have successfully held their first congresses with the following key agendas: Reporting on the establishment process of each Party Cell, discussing and contributing to the Draft Report of the Group's Party Committee Congress for the 2025-2030 term, electing the new Party Cell Executive Committee, and determining the operational direction for the 2025-2027 term.
Each congress was attended by representatives of the Group's leadership, from the Board of Directors and the Executive Board to provide specific guidance, ensuring that the Party Cells closely integrate Party activities with the enterprise's production and business objectives.
Congress of the HCMC office Party Cell
At the Congress of the HCMC Office Party Cell on December 26, 2024, Mr. Phung Tien Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Group, emphasized the role of the Party Cell in integrating Party activities with production and business activities. He requested the Party Cell to develop specific targets for developing the Party membership, nurturing outstanding individuals, enhancing the effectiveness of Party activities, and accompanying the sustainable development of the Group.
“The Party Cell needs to fulfill its role as a bridge, fostering consensus between the Party and the enterprise, while also integrating Party activities with production and business objectives”, emphasized Vice Chairman Phung Tien Thanh.
The congress approved Mr. Do Quoc Cong as Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Le Bach as Deputy Secretary, and Mr. Kieu Duc Hung as Party Cell Committee Member.

Subsequently, on December 27, 2024, the Hanoi city office Party Cell Congress took place. Mr. Vu Viet Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee, emphasized that the establishment of the Hanoi city office Party Cell was a significant step in affirming a strong Party organization within the enterprise. He also expressed confidence that the Party Cell would develop effectively, fostering a team of Party members in parallel with the Group's development.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa, a Party member of the Hanoi city office Party Cell, proposed developing projects and strengthening connections with other Party Cells and Party Committees in the area to build a strong Party foundation and contribute to serving society.

At the Phu Yen province office Party Cell Congress on December 31, 2024, Mr. Vu Viet Hung requested the Party Cell to consolidate the Party Committee and closely coordinate with the local Party Committee to develop Party members, thereby improving the quality of activities in the new term. The Congress approved the Executive Committee of the Phu Yen province office Party Cell, including Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoang as Secretary; Mr. Tran Dieu Ton as Deputy Secretary, and Ms. Nguyen Nhu Thuy Ngan as Party Cell Committee Member.

Representatives of the Group's leadership emphasized that the Party Cells need to set clear objectives, closely aligning with production and business goals, thereby improving the quality of Party activities. This helps improves operational and further strengthen the role of Party activities within the enterprise. With the role of guiding appropriate development strategies for the Group, serving as a bridge between employees and the enterprise, the Party organization listens to and understands the aspirations and desires of its workforce, contributing to building a strong Group and making positive contributions to the country's development.
Through the three Party Cell congresses, the deep commitment and timely guidance of both the Party Committee and the Group's leadership regarding Party development efforts were clearly demonstrated. The Party Cells are committed to enhancing their leadership role, continuously innovating, and closely integrating Party activities with production and business objectives.
