On August 25, 2022, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Party Cell of Deo Ca Group (DCG) held the 3rd congress for the term 2022 - 2025.
The congress was attended by 24 Party members of the Party Cell, representatives of leaders and professional departments, and Mr. Nguyen Tran Hanh – the representative of the Party Committee of the District 1 Businesses Sector responsible for the Party Cell of DCG.
Overview of the congress
Mr. Ho Dinh Chung - Secretary of the Party Cell, gave the opening speech and affirmed the vital significance of the congress during the emulation of achievements in implementing the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.
"The congress will review the performance of tasks in the last term, draw lessons from experience, and set out tasks for the next term. Therefore, each Party member must focus on thinking and actively contribute to "the congress is a congress of wisdom, innovation, and sustainable development," Mr. Chung said.
Mr. Ho Dinh Chung gave the opening speech.
Attendees listened to the report summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Party congress for the last term and tasks of the Party Cell for the term 2022 - 2025.
In the last term, the Party cell has performed well in the business tasks, building the Party, the social responsibility, and taking care of the employees' lives.
In the coming time, each Party member in the Party Cell must continue to perform well in the business, national security, social responsibility, and building of the Party. The Party Cell has to strive to increase the number of Party members to 30 or more to establish the Party Committee of the Group.
Mr. Nguyen Tran Hanh appreciated the results of implementing the resolutions of the last term of DCG.
"During the last term, despite many difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the Party Cell still completed the set tasks. At the same time, the Group has shown social responsibility through volunteering activities," said Mr. Hanh.
The representative of the Party Committee of the District 1 Businesses Sector suggested the Party Cell complete the Party admission for the elite masses this year to be eligible to establish the Party Committee.
The Party Cell of the Group received comments from representatives of the Party Committee and requested the Party Committee to guide the implementation of Party admission procedures closely.
Congress elected the Party Cell Executive and the Executive Committee of the Party Cell for the new term. Mr. Ho Dinh Chung continued to be elected Party Cell Secretary with an absolute number of votes.

The congress approved the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress of DCG for the term 2022 - 2025 and assigned the Party Cell Executive to accept the direction of the Party Committee of the District 1 Businesses Sector to complete the assigned tasks. The congress called on all Party members to unite and be determined to implement the Resolution of the Congress successfully.
