On September 21, 2023, Advisor Tran Chung - Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Council of Advisors of the Group, along with Advisors Ngo Van Quy and Bui Van Ha, held a meeting with the Management Board of the project cluster in Quang Ninh, implemented by Deo Ca Group.

During the meeting, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu - Deputy General Director of the Group, reported on the progress and settlement challenges at the Quang Ninh project cluster, including the Bao Bien tunnel, Cua Luc 1 bridge, and Cua Luc 3 bridge. The focus was on the Cua Luc 3 bridge project, which is in the final stages of completion.

The Cua Luc 3 Bridge is currently "in the final stages" of completing auxiliary items

According to the report, the Cua Luc 3 bridge project, led by the contractor consortium headed by Deo Ca, has completed 97.22% of the total volume. Currently, the main items have been completed, and the inspection and payment process is relatively smooth. However, there are procedural obstacles related to the inspection and utilization of land resources for the project.

After inspecting the project site and listening to the Management Board's report, Advisor Tran Chung congratulated the Management Board and all project staff for their efforts in overcoming many difficulties to ensure the successful completion of the Cua Luc 3 bridge, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the construction process, and smooth settlement and payment procedures. He also urged the Management Board to enhance supervision of subcontractors to accelerate construction, and to closely control the quality and progress of the project.

In conclusion, Advisor Tran Chung reminded the Management Board to pay attention to several issues, such as the construction of the road interface between different road layers, ensuring the quality of construction on the Hoanh Bo and Ha Khanh routes, concrete maintenance, thermal gap treatment, and measures to limit rust and corrosion due to the harsh climate near the sea. Additionally, attention should be given to waste disposal and the aesthetic aspects of the project, as it is a focal point in the local tourism development.

Furthermore, the Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Council of Advisors suggested that the Management Board should work with the Project Management Board to choose an appropriate time for the completion and inauguration of the project as a milestone in its construction.
