In the early days of June 2023, Chairman Ho Minh Hoang visited and inspected two projects in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces.

At the Binh Dinh coastal road project, construction results were exceeding 5% compared to the plan required by the Investor. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang praised the working spirit of the Executive Board in the organization and implementation. He also reminded them not to be subjective when the coming rainy season would affect the construction speed. The Chairman requested to speed up the progress, especially for the construction of bored piles, and the body of Phuoc Thuan and Diem Van bridges before the rainy season this year.

At the Chi Thanh - Van Phong project, the site clearance was 21/24km, reaching 88%. The ground that can be immediately accessible for construction is 16km, reaching 68%. Currently, Deo Ca Group has deployed 11 prows of construction with about 115 machines and 210 employees. The main items being implemented include site clearance, organic excavation, construction of public roads, etc. The Chairman requested related parties to send a written request to the Investor to promptly hand over the more clean ground for the contractor to ensure the project's progress.

From May 31 to June 3, General Manager Khuong Van Cuong chaired and was with a delegation including representatives of the assigning and the managing parties to inspect the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon Expressway Project and worked with the accepting party - Project Steering Committee. The main content of the work was related to construction organization, personnel, business plans, efficiency in the use of machinery and equipment, financial management, and coordination between related parties.

The assigning party highly appreciated that the units in the system had fully mobilized machinery, equipment, and personnel to work overtime day and night to deploy a series of critical road items. The Group's General Manager commended and awarded incentives to the Steering Committee of Tunnel No. 1 for actively recruiting and training hundreds of personnel to meet the work requirements.

In addition, some subcontractors had not met the requirements. General Manager Khuong Van Cuong requested in the next 10 days to gather machinery, equipment, and human resources to promptly carry out the items.

In terms of human resources, the BOM's Office and the Human Resources Administration Department have built up the staffing, mobilization, and new recruitment. The mission also asked to continue training skilled personnel, especially tunnelers, drivers, and machine operators. Then, they check the working and living conditions of the workers.

In the past time, the Group has invested hundreds of billions of dong to purchase additional machinery and equipment for the project. The Group's Board of Management requested the Steering Committee of the construction sites to strengthen the supervision of issues about the efficiency of machinery and equipment management.
