On October 11, 2023, in Hanoi, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, the Chairman of Deo Ca Group, participated in a seminar titled "Transportation Industry Enterprises and the Development of Transportation Infrastructure and International Integration." He delivered a speech at the event, which aimed to celebrate Vietnamese entrepreneurs on October 13, organized by Giao Thong Newspaper.

An Overview of the Seminar

In his speech, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, as an investor and the leading infrastructure construction contractor in the country, shared, "Expanding internationally is the strategic objective of Deo Ca Group, as stated in the resolution of the Board of Directors since 2022."

To achieve this goal, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang emphasized, "To reach international standards, we must first excel in our domestic work. Deo Ca Group adheres to Vietnamese regulations on quality management, project progress, and construction costs. Additionally, we strive and are determined to continuously learn and conduct research to create products that meet international quality standards." So, what has Deo Ca Group done to expand internationally?

Holding steadfast to the spirit of "daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility," Mr. Ho Minh Hoang affirmed that to achieve the aforementioned goals, one must be accountable to the common interests, strive for tangible results, transform difficulties into motivation, and share with colleagues in the industry to contribute to a more prosperous and beautiful country.

"Firstly, we must prioritize the interests of the nation and the people as the utmost priority, while also being responsible for the interests of shareholders and workers, simultaneously considering our own interests. Secondly, the effectiveness of our work serves as evidence for bold ideas. Thirdly, we must not be discouraged by failures and obstacles. Fourthly, we must gather a team of colleagues who are willing to share both sweet and bitter experiences, understand the culture, and, most importantly, are Vietnamese citizens. Lastly, we must firmly believe in doing what is right, performing well, and dedicating ourselves to the country, which will always be protected," emphasized Mr. Hoang.

Listening to the presentations and opinions of the attending delegates, Mr. Le Dinh Tho, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport, highly appreciated the content of the seminar. He believed that this was a good opportunity for businesses, state management agencies, and scientists to discuss concerns and challenges in practice, using them as a basis for the Ministry of Transport to learn from and improve its plans for implementing transportation infrastructure development projects.
