VIETINBANK

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Viettinbank) was established since 1988, after its separation from the State Bank of Vietnam. Currently, Viettinbank has a wide domestic network comprising of 01 Transaction basis, 155 branches and over 1,000 transaction offices/Provident Funds. Its main services are banking trasactions, including mobilizing and receiving short/medium/long-term deposits from organizations and individuals; offering short/medium/long-term loans; arranging payments between organizations or individuals; completing foreign currency transactions, international commercial financial trade services, discount commercial papers, ponds, valuable papers and other banking services permitted by the State Bank of Vietnam.

Viettinbank is a large commercial bank, keeping the most primary role of the State Bank of Vietnam; one of the founders and partners of Indovina Bank, having affliations with 900 banks, financial instititutions in over 90 countries and regions in the world; also a pioneer in using advanced technology and e-commercial in Vietnam to meet all requirements of business and administration; the first bank in Vietnam having the branch in Europe, remark the considerable development of Vietnam’s finance in the region and the world trade map.

To Deo Ca Group, Viettinbank holds the role as a sponsor for the group’s projects. Especially, with Deo Ca Pass Tunnel Project, Bac Giang- Lang Son Highway Project…, the cooperation from Viettinbank has helped the Board of the Group solve the difficulties about capitals. From a capital sponsor, Viettinbank already became a principal shareholder, going along with Deo Ca Group in future projects.

APAVE

APAVE Group was founded in 1867, a French international - leading organization specializing in technical inspection, management consultancy, training and risk control. In 1993, APAVE firstly launched in South East Asia. On 25 Nov 1996, APAVE has been received the Register Certificate from Ministry of Commerce to open the Representative Offices in Hanoi and HCM city. In 1997, APAVE was lisenced of 100% foreign-capital company with the name “Vietnam & South East Asia” by Ministry of Investment & Planning. In 2011, it was renamed as APAVE Asia-Pacific. Since 2012, APAVE changed the investment type from 100% foreign capital company into joint venture one.

Currently, APAVE has 06 subsidiaries in Asia – Pacific countries, including: Japan, China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Korea. Main services of APAVE are: Construction consultancy, Industry inspection, Non destructive testing (NDT), Management consultancy, Training, Aviation etc.
