HO CHI MINH CITY RING ROAD 4 PROJECT (THU BIEN BRIDGE – SAI GON RIVER SECTION)

Overview

Ho Chi Minh city Ring Road 4 project, Thu Bien bridge – Sai Gon river section, is implemented under the PPP model, with a joint venture of Becamex IDC, Becamex IJC and DEOCA Group as investors.

In Phase 1, the route is constructed with a cross section of four lanes and continuous emergency stopping lanes, with a design speed of 100 km/h. Construction commenced in June 2025 and is scheduled for completion and operation in 2027.

The implementation of Ho Chi Minh city Ring Road 4 project through Binh Duong province is a project of strategic national importance. As the outermost ring road, it connects 5 localities: Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An and Ba Ria – Vung Tau. The project is expected to ease traffic congestion, shape new development space for the expanded Ho Chi Minh city metropolitan area and create economic growth momentum for the region and the country.
