On October 21, 2023, in Tuyen Quang, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1). This is a national key project, expected to be completed in 2025.
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Mr. Le Minh Khai, Deputy Prime Minister and the delegation; Party and State leadership; Central ministries, departments and branches; Local leaders, contractors and people of Tuyen Quang province.
The Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project is an important link in the North - South Expressway system phase 2 (2021 - 2025), becoming a fast connecting traffic axis, removing inter-regional traffic congestion. The project has a total length of 165km, of which phase 1 is 77km in Tuyen Quang province.
At the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project, the joint venture led by Deo Ca Group was evaluated by the investor and assigned to carry out package number 24 - constructing bridges on the entire route with a value of more than 700 million VND. billion VND, construction period 27 months.
