CO MA TUNNEL

Overview

Co Ma Tunnel is located on National Highway 1 in Khanh Hoa Province, helping reduce traffic pressure on Co Ma Pass, enhance transport capacity, and improve traffic safety along the route. The tunnel commenced operations together with Deo Ca Tunnel in August 2017.

Operation and maintenance scope:

•Co Ma Tunnel, comprising two tunnel tubes with a total length of 1,000 m
•Co Ma Tunnel approach roads
•Bridge system along the route
•Traffic Management Center
•Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
•Ventilation system
•Lighting system
•Fire prevention and firefighting system
•Rescue and emergency response system
•Toll plazas
•Supporting facilities
