TUONG DUONG MEDICAL CENTER

Overview

The Medical Examination and Treatment Building at Tuong Duong Medical Center is a social welfare project funded by the Ministry of Public Security with a total investment of approximately USD 1.13 million. DEOCA Group and Phuong Trang Group were responsible for implementing the project, which aims to strengthen healthcare capacity for ethnic minority communities in western Nghe An Province, particularly in remote and border areas where access to medical services remains limited.

Commenced on October 29, 2025 and completed after more than 90 days of construction, the project comprises a three-storey building with a rooftop level and a total floor area of approximately 2,200 m². Designed to general hospital standards, the facility accommodates medical examination, emergency care, inpatient treatment, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and surgical services. Its integrated medical equipment system contributes to improving the quality of local healthcare services.

The project is part of a series of social welfare initiatives undertaken by DEOCA Group in line with the policies of the Party, the State, and the Ministry of Public Security to strengthen healthcare and educational infrastructure in disadvantaged areas. Upon commissioning, the facility enables nearly 80,000 people, including ethnic minority communities, to access quality healthcare services locally, contributing to improved community healthcare and the sustainable development of western Nghe An Province.
