Son Vi Primary and Lower Secondary Boarding School is an urgent public investment project developed to provide a modern learning and living environment for students in the border areas of Tuyen Quang Province. The project is being constructed by a consortium led by DEOCA Group, contributing to improved educational conditions in an area facing particularly difficult socio-economic conditions while laying a foundation for human resource development in mountainous and border communities.
With a total investment of approximately USD 8 million, the project is being developed on a 3.6-hectare site with a total construction area of more than 22,000 m². It comprises ten three-storey buildings for classrooms, dormitories, and administration; three single-storey buildings for the kitchen, multi-purpose hall, and outdoor covered area; together with integrated supporting facilities. The school is designed to meet the learning, living, and training needs of boarding students, providing a comprehensive, modern, and safe educational environment.
Upon completion, Son Vi Primary and Lower Secondary Boarding School will help meet the educational needs of students in border areas, providing them with access to well-equipped and modern learning facilities. The project also reflects DEOCA Group’s commitment to working alongside local authorities in developing educational infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources, and promoting sustainable development in mountainous and border areas.
