PAC BO KINDERGARTEN

Overview

Pac Bo Kindergarten is an education project presented by General Secretary and State President To Lam to the Party Committee, local authorities, and people of Truong Ha Commune, Cao Bang Province, with the aim of improving learning, care, and childcare conditions for children in border and former revolutionary base areas. DEOCA Group was assigned to organize and implement the project, completing it on schedule for the 2024–2025 academic year.

Completed within 80 days and nights with a total investment of approximately USD 0.57 million, the project was developed on a site of approximately 1,800 m². It comprises three main buildings with six self-contained classrooms, an administration building, a multi-purpose building, and supporting facilities including a kitchen, security building, schoolyard, and integrated infrastructure. The school accommodates more than 150 children and provides functional spaces, landscaped areas, and staff accommodation for teachers.

The completion of Pac Bo Kindergarten has improved local educational conditions, providing children in mountainous areas with a safe and modern learning environment while contributing to the development of a model rural school. The project carries significant social and humanitarian value, reflecting the commitment of the Party and the State to communities in former revolutionary base areas and contributing to improved education and sustainable local development.
