People’s Public Security Cultural School III was renovated from the former headquarters of Soc Trang Provincial Police under the policy of the Ministry of Public Security to establish a multi-level boarding school for children from ethnic minority communities, orphans, disadvantaged children, and students facing particularly difficult circumstances in the Mekong Delta region. The project is a meaningful social welfare initiative, providing students with better opportunities for education, personal development, and comprehensive growth.
Following 60 days of renovation, the facility was completed with a total floor area of nearly 37,000 m² on a site of more than 15.5 hectares. It comprises standard classrooms, specialized learning rooms, a library, a nine-storey administration building, a dormitory with 74 rooms, a communal dining hall, and supporting facilities for learning and boarding activities.
The completion and commissioning of the project reflect the Ministry of Public Security’s commitment to education and social welfare, while demonstrating DEOCA Group’s responsibility in supporting projects of significant social and humanitarian value, contributing to human resource development and improved quality of life for local communities.
