• First, we "dare to think"

Witnessing tragic traffic accidents on Ca pass instilled in me the desire to implement the Deo Ca road tunnel. The completed project has ensured traffic safety and promoted economic, cultural, and social development in the region and the country.

In addition, we have boldly rescued projects delayed for many years, dared to think of new management and investment models, and dared to propose to authorities to adjust mechanisms and policies, etc., to solve project difficulties.

• Second, we "dare to do"

From thinking, we carefully consider and consult many advisors and experts to "dare to do".

- Dare to carry out complex projects such as Deo Ca road tunnel project, Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway, Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway, Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway.

- Dare to criticize inadequate mechanisms and policies.

Over the past years, Deo Ca has actively contributed ideas or chaired seminars to clear shortcomings in mechanisms and policies, comment on the PPP Law, etc., to ensure equality between state agencies, businesses, and people.

- Dare to publicize project construction information for people to monitor.

At the North-South Expressway project in the East phase 2021 - 2025, Deo Ca actively cooperated with VTV to implement a monitoring program for the community. Periodically we invite the presses and local mass organizations to go to the construction site, set up a panel to announce the progress, and at the same time, determine the responsibilities of the parties involved in the difficulties.
