On May 15, 2020, Deo Ca Group Restructuring Board has just finished the field survey in Hanoi, ending the practical journey lasting more than 1 week along the country to companies and projects under Deo Ca Group system.
The Restructuring Delegation headed by Deputy General Director of Deo Ca Group Nguyen Van Sang and representatives of the professional departments had field trip through Vietnam departing from May 8, 2020, went to the projects/offices, Ho Chi Minh City Office, Deo Ca - Khanh Hoa BOT, Deo Ca Tunnel, Cu Mong Tunnel, Company/Project Cluster in Da Nang, BOT Bac Giang - Lang Son and Hanoi office.
The main content of the journey is to disseminate the content of consolidating the governance system, restructuring professional departments, surveying the status of organizational structure, performing functions and duties, human resource situation and process policies applied at the toll station, operation management units (of tunnels, expressways) and at project enterprises to identify and clarify problems, shortcomings and limitations the implementation of the units; summarizing the opinions and proposals of the surveyed firms on the above issues to have a specific assessment as a basis for making restructuring plans before reporting to the Board of Management and the Board of Directors.
During working process, Restructuring Board has spread Deo Ca corporate culture, ideology and executive tools of Chairman Ho Minh Hoang as well as received enthusiastic contributions and spoke up the existing shortcomings, the aspirations of officers and employees in the units.
This is also an opportunity for the delegation to check the management and use of vehicles, equipment and assets to evaluate and make maintenance plan, thereby statistics of specialized vehicles, special equipment needs to be maintained to serve long-term work, especially in completed projects to have reuse plans at new projects to avoid losses and waste.
After the field trip, the specialized departments continued to complete the project to report to the Board of Management in May 2020.
