On January 10th, 2019, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Tran Chung, Permanent Senior Advisory Board of Deoca Group chaired an inspection on Bac Giang – Lang Son construction progress inspection.
After a morning of careful route inspection, at evening meeting on the same date with contractors, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Tran Chung shared that: “this is specialized inspection to grasp route construction progress, and also fostered contractors to pay attention on creating a clean and beautiful scenery in project area for people to enjoy Traditional Lunar New Year in a clean and beautiful environment, convenient transportation”.
In addition of constructing in accordance with design, focusing on environmental protection issues, Mr. Chung requested contractors to pay attention to human resource management for officers, staff and workers to have a happy, safe and meaningful Lunar New Year.
“Beside of creating a quality transportation construction, Deoca Group always aims to create an environmental friendly construction. So that, at the time, construction is put into operation, when speaking of Bac Giang – Lang Son highway, it will not only the pride of investors but also the pride of contractors, building with us”, said Assoc. Prof. PhD. Tran Chung.
In this meeting, Mr. Mai Manh Hong, Vice General Director of Bac Giang – Lang Son BOT also shared that until current time, construction implementation of Bac Giang – Lang Son route had achieved some certain results. However, according to Mr. Hong, contractors did not reach an agreement on grass planting issue on talus. Mr. Hong requested contractors to reach an agreement early and have the most optimizing consistent plan.
Vice General Director Mai Manh Hong also agreed with Assoc. Prof. PhD. Tran Chung’s perspective, traffic points, it is construction’s key points, contractors should focus and implement in accordance with design.
Contractors had agreed with investors’ suggestion, tried to ensure environment and hygiene, during and after Traditional Lunar new year, for the population first. Contractors admitted at some areas, construction implementation had reduced area aesthetics and would resolve such matter quickly.
