In early May 2022, Deo Ca Group organized a competition to shorten the construction progress of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway with a reward of up to 150 million VND for individuals and groups.
Accordingly, in order to improve the responsibility, promote the coordination strength of the whole system and the construction and consulting units, Deo Ca Group organized an emulation movement to "Shorten the progress by 3 months" at Cam Lam - Vinh Hao section under the Eastern North - South Expressway Project in the period 2017-2020.

Specifically, the time to launch the emulation movement is from May 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Participants are contractors, construction units and individuals who are leaders, engineers, specialists, employees, etc., who are working at the site of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway project.
Based on the criteria for project construction, the Executive Board has developed emulation criteria as covenant bases to consider commendation in the monthly meeting of the entire construction and installation section. The Emulation and Commendation Council will evaluate and reward groups and individuals that complete and exceed the registered emulation criteria from 110% to 150%, corresponding to a bonus of 110 million VND to 150 million VND for the bidding package and 5 million VND - 25 million VND for individuals. In addition, depending on actual conditions, the Emulation and Commendation Council will consider and decide to reward a number of packages and individuals according to specific achievements.
Mr. Ho Dinh Chung - General Manager of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company said that, as an investor and contractor in projects, Deo Ca Group always focuses on completing the projects, ensuring progress and quality. In previous projects that Deo Ca has implemented such as Deo Ca tunnel, Cu Mong tunnel, Hai Van tunnel, Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway, ... or more recently is Thung Thi tunnel, Truong Vinh tunnel on North - South expressway, Deo Ca Group always completes ahead of schedule.
“We will do our best to shorten the implementation time, complete the project ahead of schedule, achieve high quality and soon put the project into service. At the same time, contributing to early complete the Government's goal of 3,000km of expressway by 2025”, said Mr. Chung.

Through the emulation movement, Deo Ca Group also hopes to raise the awareness of employees about the purpose, meaning and importance of the project, creating an extensive emulation movement in the Group's projects. At the same time, discovering and replicating initiatives and good examples in the construction process of Bridges-Roads-Tunnels in particular and transport infrastructure projects in general.
| Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway has a length of about 78.5km passing through 3 provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan. The project is invested by Deo Ca Group - Deo Ca Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - 194 Construction Investment Corporation Joint Stock Company. Total investment capital is 8,925 billion VND, of which investor's capital is 3,786 billion VND, the State's capital is 5,139 billion VND. The project construction time is 24 months, especially the Vung mountain tunnel is 30 months. |
