On October 13th, 2018, in Cao Bang, the leaders of Cao Bang Province worked with Deoca Group Corporation on cooperation to build the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Road Project.

Deoca Group Corporation, as an investor interested in the project, reported the brief proposal of Dong Dang -Tra Linh Expressway Road Construction, in which, interestingly, the investor proposed to adjust the Dong Dang section plan making a total length of this expressway shortened to 115 km compared to 144 km as planned, reduced nearly 30 km and investment cost is reduced (from VND 47,520 billion to about VND 20,939 billion).

At the meeting, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon, Cao Bang Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: “Out of Cao Bang’s bottlenecks, we evaluate the shortcomings of transport infrastructure as a great barrier inhibiting the local development of economy and culture. Our point of view is to support and determined with the investor to build the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway. Transportation development is an aspiration and dream of the former Provincial Executive Committees and the leaders over the years. So, we have to seize the opportunity.”
At the same meeting, Cao Bang Province announced the establishment decision and launched the Steering Committee of Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Road Project and establishment decision of a Helping Team for the Steering Committee for the Expressway Road Project.

In the morning of October 14th, 2018, Cao Bang Province’s leaders and Deoca Group delegation thurified at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh, Kim Dong relic site in Truong Ha Commune, Ha Quang District.
Earlier, on September 27th, in Cao Bang, the provincial leaders held the first official meeting with Deoca Group to promote the construction of Tra Linh - Dong Dang Expressway Project. Both parties found the common voice soon for overcoming problems and determined to build this expressway.
