On November 22, 2021, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Deo Ca Group had an inspection of the construction progress at the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project.
The project management board said that the implementation volume so far has reached about 85% of the progress, the contractors are rushing to construct asphalt pavements, ITS systems, lighting, medians, fences... On the route connecting National Highway 1 and Cai Lay intersection branch (under package XL-10), there are still 280m2 that are not eligible for unloading. It is expected that by December 2021, The Management Board will organize an assessment of settlement monitoring results to consider and decide to end or continue to store the load until it is eligible for unloading. The extension of load retention time to treat soft ground is to ensure the quality and safety technical requirements of the project.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang requested the Executive Board to continue making efforts to overcome difficulties to ensure the set milestones
In the past time, although the project has faced many difficulties in terms of materials, especially under the negative impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, so far the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway is gradually being completed to reach the finish line by the end of the year to serve people on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2022.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deo Ca Group directed that during the proposed period for the means of transport without toll collection, the Executive Board should study the solution of placing weighing stations to control the load, and at the same time recorded pictures for the actual reflection. “If something belongs to the responsibility of the project, we will maintain, warranty and handle it immediately. As for the work that belongs to the consciousness of road users, people are urged to accompany and share how to make the road better and keep it safe for a long time," said Ho Minh Hoang.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang added that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2021, when allowing vehicles to travel on the Trung Luong - My Thuan highway, there were many discussions and concerns about safety. But the congestion on Highway 1 also made people tired and more prone to accidents than driving on a controlled highway. Or like actively opening the Hai Van tunnel so that people can return to their hometown to avoid the epidemic by using motorbikes to travel through the tunnel smoothly and safely, although this is unprecedented in the world and especially in Vietnam.
The projects invested and implemented by Deo Ca are oriented to serve the community, always upholding safety and convenience, towards a safer and more prosperous life for everyone.
At the end of this year, in addition to Trung Luong - My Thuan highway to be completed, Deo Ca Group is rushing to build to bring the projects of Cua Luc 1 bridge and Bao Bao tunnel in Quang Ninh province to the finish line. “Fire proves gold, adversity proves men”, the more difficult it is, the more Deo Ca Group affirms its bravery and value as a bright spot on the map of Vietnam's transport infrastructure.
