Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang reviewed launching schedule of Bac Giang – Lang Son expressway

On July 17th, 2019, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deoca Group – Mr. Ho Minh Hoang – came in person to Bac Giang – Lang Son expressway project to review some final items and approve launching options of this expressway in the coming September.

The Group Chairman has inspected details of construction of the expressway with the total length of 63.8km from the starting point located at Km44+749,67 (Mai Sao Commune, Chi Lăng District, Lang Son Province) approximately 27km distance away from Lang Son City to the endpoint at Km108+500, connecting with the endpoint of the expansion project of National Route 1, Hanoi – Bac Giang line, to which he has instructed the Executive Board to promptly remedy due problems to bring such project back on track and meet the quality required.

According to report of the Executive Board of BOT Bac Giang – Lang Son Company, construction until July 15th, 2019 has reached 83% total output. In which, road foundation achieved 99%, bridge, sewer, tunnel over 99%, crushed aggregate base reached 96%, asphalt concrete 72%.

The Executive Board also revealed the implementation plan of works to be done from now to the end of 2019, in which, asphalt concrete surface item must be finished before July 15th, 2019, toll point, traffic safety, lighting items before 30/9/2019.

It is expected the technical launching ceremony of this expressway be held on September 30th, 2019. Afterward, the investor shall invite State Council for Pre-acceptance test of project before December 2019, and begin project exploitation in early 2020.

At the same time, BOT Bac Giang – Lang Son Company is recruiting positions of management, operation and toll collector, putting priority on appointment of current posts to save management costs, ensure human resource, manpower reserve to implement Huu Nghi – Chi Lang project.
