On November 19, 2019, at Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company (Cai Be office, Tien Giang province), there was a training course of two topics: “Behavioral communication and problems handling skills","Skill of determining goals, planning and organizing work " for the guards of Thang Long Deo Ca Company who is working at Trung Luong - My Thuan project.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Deputy General Director of Deo Ca Group - the trainer, this training course aimed to help trainees know how to set goals, make plans and organize implementation effectively. The training method used is "Learning with practice", combining theory and practice, direct interacting between lecturers and students, among trainees about practical situations and assumptions regarding the thematic scope.

Along with that, the training program also training on communication skills and problem-solving skill to helps trainees thoroughly aware of corporate culture, communication culture; forming professional qualities, styles & skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills.
