On December 4, 2022, Deo Ca Group's Trade Union announced the results of the contest "Deo Ca & Family in my heart".
Out of more than 300 submissions, the organizing committee of the contest selected 100 for the finalists. The judges evaluated based on the criteria of ideas, creativity, forms of the submission and message meaning to selected excellent works for award.
Accordingly, there are two first prizes belonging to the two best works, namely "Deo Ca is always in my heart & Chairman Ho Minh Hoang’s portrait " by Tran Ngoc Khanh Quynh - daughter of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bien Thuy (Deo Ca Tunnel Operation Management Enterprise) and "Father’s jobs & Family" by Le Chau Minh Trang - daughter of Mr. Le Chau Thang (Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Company).

Talking about the contest, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh - Head of the Organizing Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union of Deo Ca Group said: "Among the contest submissions, many works come from children of construction workers working at Group’s projects across the country. The affections that children expressed through the works are sincere and totally age-appropriate. When setting the goal for the contest, we not only expect to receive high-quality submissions but also wish to create more chances for parents to share their work at Deo Ca with their children. As a result, the children will have better thoughts, and understanding and be proud of their parents' work. And by their worldview, children will express this understanding and affection for parents in the works”.

Dr. Le Van Hy - Member of the jury council expressed: "After judging more than 100 works in the finalist, I saw the diverse colors through a very brightly and innocent world of perception of the young contestants. What surprised me was the quality of the works, even the ones that didn't get into the final round, they showed us their understanding of the business environment, the ecosystem in the field of transport infrastructure”.

The contest "Deo Ca & Family in my heart" was launched by the Trade Union of Deo Ca Group on September 12, 2022. This is a meaningful activity where children share their understanding and pride about their parents' work, strengthen the family’s affection, spread Deo Ca corporate culture.
It is expected that the first prizes will be awarded in the 2022 overall year-end Gala of Deo Ca Group, the second, third and consolation prizes will be awarded in the year-end programs of each region.
