In the last days of 2020, Chairman Ho Minh Hoang and musician Le Bao Long have completed a new composition. The special thing is that this song has not been named and Deo Ca Group has launched a naming contest with comments for it.

The contest has received the responsive participation of employees in the group system. Within a month of launching, the Organizing Committee has received over 200 entries. In the gala dinner “Back to the fountain”, the organizer announced the best comment prize.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang shared: “I write the lyrics of this song to talk about our management strategy, the centralized growth strategy, which means developing with center and according to our strengths. Currently, we have clinging to our professions and expertise. I reassigned the workforce and re-established the administration and control system of the 3 forces “birds hunting”, “fishing” and “plowing”. The last paragraph of the song said, “Deo Ca people glorify their name with the globe” as a goal to aim for. Currently, we have success, but reputation is still ahead. This song has the philosophy to convey to everyone”.

After a lot of consideration, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang has decided to choose the title “Aspiration - Dedication – Share” for his latest song.
