On February 13th, 2019, at the National Economics University (NEU), a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between National Economics University (NEU) and DEOCA Group (DCG) took place in the period of 2019 - 2024.

The cooperation was made agreeing on the contents of training, recruitment, research, consultancy and communication.
Particularly, NEU would build the programs, open training courses to improve the capacity of managers and executives for DCG.
DCG will send leaders, experts to give lectures at conferences and meetings with students, depending on practical conditions to support students, graduate students, and subjects of academic and research training programs related to production and business activities and other activities of the Group.
NEU was committed to supporting, approaching and introducing students to the Group according to the actual needs. Accordingly, DCG would provide research and advisory services on issues of mutual interest.

Prof. PhD. Tran Tho Dat, Rector of NEU, said: “This cooperation will turn the potentials and opportunities of the university and DEOCA Group into reality. I am very impressed and I would like congratulate DEOCA Group on the occasion of the Lunar New Year inaugurated and put into operation Cu Mong road tunnel connecting the two provinces of Binh Dinh - Phu Yen. 2019 is a pivotal year for the university’s development and in the first working week of the new year, the signing ceremony of cooperation with DEOCA Group is a great start.
PhD. Ho Nghia Dung, former Minister of Transport, and Chairman of DCG Senior Advisory Council, said: “Deoca always emphasizes on the importance of attracting, training human resources, intelligence and skills. This cooperation will help Deoca to have greater human resources in the future”.

Through the lively and direct questions of NEU students, in turn, the guests, who were the senior advisors and leaders from DEOCA Group, answered a lot of business issues such as: elements of a quality transport project, art of capital arrangement, staff training program, tips for reducing investment costs, job opportunities etc. which have outlined the path of entrepreneurship to success and outreach aspirations of Chairman Ho Minh Hoang and DEOCA Group, outlining the essence of “fire” to turn a individual’s aspiration into whole collective one.
