On October 30, 2020, in Tien Giang province, Tien Giang Provincial police held a preliminary summing-up conference on coordination regulations to ensure security and order, public order and traffic safety to serve the construction of Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway in Tien Giang province.

Attending the conference were Mr. Tran Van Dung - Vice Chairman of Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Trang - Deputy Director of Tien Giang Provincial Police, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong - Director of Tien Giang Project Management Unit of Constructions & Investments of civil and industrial works and representatives of Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company (project enterprise), representatives of investors, contractors, Deo Ca Security Joint Stock Company (project protection company) and representatives of other specialized departments.
Right after the regulation was signed, the parties have thoroughly disseminated the coordination tasks and responsibilities to ensure security, public order, traffic order and safety to all officers, employees and soldiers to strictly follow the regulations.
Tien Giang provincial police have directed sub-departments and police department of Chau Thanh, Tan Phuoc, Cai Lay, Cai Be districts and Cai Lay town to seriously implement the coordination on ensuring security, public order, traffic order and safety with project enterprise and related state agencies.
During the past time, the police of Tien Giang province has regularly coordinated with Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company to monitor the security situation in each package of the project, and at the same time inspect the whole route, checking and guiding the project enterprise to well implement the regulations on fire safety and rescue at construction sites, offices and the gathering points of vehicles and materials; opened a professional security training course for more than 60 guards of Deo Ca Security Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Trang assumed that the parties have seriously implemented their assigned tasks. The related units have been regularly and well-implemented coordination of information exchange; promptly and proactively in grasping the situation, get the information, handling raising problems, ensuring well the security, facilitate the project to be implemented safely and smoothly.
Also at the conference, Mr. Mai Manh Hong - Standing Deputy General Director of Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company, said “the coordination regulations have worked effectively in preventing law violations which affect project security, contributing to the common achievement of the Project”.
With regard to the open plan on Lunar New Year 2021, Mr. Mai Manh Hong proposed the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province to preside over and assign tasks to each department and local authority, coordinating with project enterprises to develop route connection plan; preparing facilities, human resources, ...; The police of Tien Giang province presides over the training courses and drills of ensuring security for the open event, at the same time resolutely resolves the person who takes the pretense of anti-negativity, for the people ... to spread false and baseless information on news sites or social networks, badly influence the project's profile, the reputation of investors and contractors.
Mr. Tran Van Dung - Vice Chairman of Tien Giang provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the responsibility and coordination of the provincial police in ensuring security and order for the project in recent years. “Ten years before we could not implement, but over the past one year we have done very well, the result increased from 10% to 65%, this is a great effort of Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT, of contractors and the close management of the competent state agency Tien Giang province and the coordination to promptly handle and ensure security and order of Tien Giang provincial police”, Mr. Dung said.
