On January 6, 2021, under the direction of the Standing Board of Lien Chieu District’s Party Committee, the Party Committee of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (DII) held a conference to review the results of Party work in 2020 and specify tasks in 2021.
The District’s Party Committee assessed that DII had quite well completed political tasks. Despite many difficulties due to Covid-19 epidemic and natural disasters, business results still significantly increased compared to 2019. DII’s revenue reached 535.9 billion VND, equivalent to 101% of the plan, and increased by 55.05% compared to 2019.
DII fully ensured the salary, bonus and social insurance for employees in accordance with the law. Employees regularly worked with an average income of 8.498.000 VND/person/month. They were also fully provided with protective equipments, and strictly complied with regulations on occupational safety.
DII also always cared about the lives of employees and social activities. The Board of Directors and the Trade Union of DII called for a donation of 158 million VND to support a number of employees in extremely difficult circumstances or getting fatal diseases; 200 gifts of necessities for households isolated due to the Covid-19; 25 million VND for poor households in Lien Chieu. In addition, the DII’s employees joined hands to support one day's salary of them, equivalent 1,5 billion VND to people in the Central provinces affected by natural disasters.
Regulation on coordination with local authorities on ensuring safety and order of traffic was always strictly observed by DII.
Regarding the implementation of tasks in 2021, the Lien Chieu’s Party Committee requested the Party Cells to continue to enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party; strengthen solidarity, and at the same time, be determined to complete socio-economic targets in 2021, successfully implement the Resolution of the DII’s XIII Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the DII’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021.
Proving the good results achieved in 2020 and especially after 5 years taken over by Deo Ca Group, with the spirit of "Aspiring - Venturing - Sharing", all DII’s employees will make more efforts to produce many goods with real value, contributing to the quality of people’s life and the country.
