On April 7, 2022, in Binh Dinh, the consortium of contractors led by Deo Ca Group signed a contract to build Package 02 of Binh Dinh coastal road project, Cat Tien - Diem Van section.

The Cat Tien - Diem Van coastal road is a group A project, implemented in the period of 2021 - 2024 in Phu Cat and Tuy Phuoc districts. The total project capital is nearly 2,675 billion VND invested by State budget, the representative of the investor is Binh Dinh Construction Investment Project Management Board. The road is built according to the design standards of highways TCVN 4054-2005, grade III roads, plain terrain.

According to the contract, Package 02 includes the entire volume of works in the section from Km5+050 to Km13+518, with a total value of more than 1,081 billion VND, estimated finishing time is the end of 2024.

Cat Tien - Diem Van coastal road project is in the regional construction planning, develop the local network and complete the route from Cat Tien town, Phu Cat district to the National road 19, contributing to the completion of the coastal route of Binh Dinh province.

After being completed, the project will meet the transportation demand, strengthen the traffic connection of the eastern coast of the province with the center of Quy Nhon city, expand and develop urban areas to the north of the city.
