On November 7, 2020, lecturers and students of Senior executive master training program of National Economics University (EMBA) visited Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project and learned about management model of Deo Ca Group.
General Director Nguyen Tan Dong introduces solutions to “rescue” the project
At package XL04 (Than Cuu Nghia intersection, Chau Thanh district, Tien Giang province), Mr. Nguyen Tan Dong - General Director of Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT JSC gave an overview of difficulties, problems and Deo Ca Group's solution after participating in management to “rescue” the project.
A project faced many obstacles, after 10 years reaching only 10% of the volume, but in just over 1 year since Deo Ca Group taken part in operating the project, the progress has reached 68% and will be connected at the end of 2020. “Seeing once is better than hearing a hundred times”, the delegation of lecturers and students of the National Economics University have come to see for themselves and expressed their admiration for the method of managing, organizing construction, controlling activities on the construction site to achieve this outstanding results.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Deo Ca Group and his colleagues shared with more than 150 students about the governance model through music story which is very vivid and impressive.
EMBA students question the Chairman of Deo Ca Group
In reply to the students’ questions, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said: “For Deo Ca Group, training always go from practice to theory, after each subject of EMBA program, we have made specific assessments to sum up knowledge into lessons and use music as conveying tool. For example, the subjects Organizational Behavior and Leadership, I have summarized, conveying the message through the song Real value and the song The ordinary maths”.
Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Van Hoa - Vice Rector of National Economics University thanked Chairman Deo Ca's warm affection for the school’s teachers and students. “Deo Ca's products are not only tunnels, roads, but also solutions to solve the problem of current transportation projects, making a huge contribution to the economic development of Vietnam. Deo Ca culture is unique and cannot be borrowed, of which the most outstanding is the responsibility to the society and the country”, Prof.Dr. Tran Thi Van Hoa said.
