On November 27, 2020, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Management of Deo Ca Group, Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee of Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Project and the delegation of Cao Bang province led by Secretary Lai Xuan Mon visited former State President Nguyen Minh Triet and former State President Truong Tan Sang.
Mr. Lai Xuan Mon reported to former leaders of the State on the implementation of Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project and the achievements of socio-economic development of Cao Bang province over the years. Notably, Cao Bang successfully organized the Provincial Party Committee's Congress XIX, term 2020 - 2025. Currently, Cao Bang has made great progress, at the same time creating conditions to attract strategic investors in order to create a rapid and sustainable development in the revolutionary hometown.

In a cordial atmosphere, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang reported to former Presidents about projects that Deo Ca Group has been implementing. The head of Deo Ca Group happily shared with former presidents about the progress of Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project in Tien Giang province, the road to the West which has been delayed in over 9 years due to the former investor’s incompetence. Under the management of Deo Ca, over the past 1 year, the project has reached 70% of the total volume and by the end of this year, Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway will be connected. On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2021, the Project Management Board in coordination with the state authorities will temporarily open for traffic to reduce congestion for National Road 1A. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang wished them health and invited former President Nguyen Minh Triet and Truong Tan Sang to attend the technical open ceremony of Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway at the end of December 2020.
Former State President Nguyen Minh Triet and former State President Truong Tan Sang expressed his excitement and satisfaction at the results achieved by Cao Bang province as well as the contribution of Deo Ca Group to the development of the Vietnam road traffic network.
