On December 11, 2022, the Party cell of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to admit the elite citizen Nguyen Van Hai - General Manager of the Group into the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tran Hanh - Member of the Party Committee, representing the Party Committee of District 1 businesses, Mr. Ho Dinh Chung - Secretary of Deo Ca Party cell, Mr. Vu Viet Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party cell and representative of the Trade Union, Youth Union, Party members and Youth Union members of the Group.

At the solemn ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai read the application to join the Party. As a business leader, and at the same time a citizen who is deeply aware of the purpose, meaning and ideological foundation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, General Manager Nguyen Van Hai expressed his desire to join the ranks of the Party organization.
On behalf of the Party cell of Deo Ca Group, Secretary Ho Dinh Chung handed over the Party admission decision of Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, and at the same time assigned the Party members to constantly strive with the new role, not only perform well in the production and business work but also fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party, being an exemplary Party member.
Party member development plays an important role in party-building work, in order to replenish vitality, increase strength and ensure the inheritance and development of the Party; contributing to strengthening the nature of the working-class, improving the Party's leadership capacity.
Aware of the importance of Party member development, over the past time, Deo Group has paid great attention to this task. Many elite citizens have been honored to join the ranks of the Party.

Mr. Nguyen Tran Hanh assessed that, through inspection and supervision, Deo Ca Group is one of the pioneering enterprises in the Party development work in the city.
“Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - General Manager of the Group is admitted into the Party shows that Deo Ca Group always cares about and upholds the role of the Party in parallel with the production and business process. As both a business leader and a Party member, the Party members here must uphold your exemplary role and become the connectors between enterprises and the Party”, Mr. Hanh said.
Receiving the opinion of the Party Committee, Mr. Ho Dinh Chung added that with the admission of Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, the Party cell of Deo Ca Group had a total of 34 members. Currently, the Party cell has qualified and is carrying out the procedures to establish the Party Committee, in line with the direction set out at the 3rd Party Congress for the term 2022 - 2025 and the direction of the heads of the Group.
With the establishment of the Party Committee, the Party organization in the Group will be eligible to establish affiliated Cells, creating favorable conditions for Party members who are dispersed in areas due to their jobs to participate in the Party’s activities. As a result, the Party's ideology is increasingly imbued, raising political awareness, and orienting ideas not only for Party members but also closely with the workforce and the masses.
