On November 20, in Da Lat city, Lam Dong province, the Conference on implementation of the Government's action plan to implement Resolution 23, dated October 6, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction of socio-economic development and ensuring defense and security in the Central Highlands to 2030, with a vision to 2045, and regional investment promotion chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh took place.

General Manager Nguyen Quang Vinh received the MOU of "Research on investment cooperation in transport projects in Lam Dong province"

Under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh and leaders of ministries and localities, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Hiep handed over the MOU on cooperation "Research and investment in transport projects in Lam Dong province" with a total estimated investment of 20,000 billion VND for General Manager of Deo Ca Group Nguyen Quang Vinh.

Specifically, Deo Ca Group leads a consortium to invest and develop in fields such as transport infrastructure, real estate, urban areas, high-tech agriculture... in the period 2021-2030 in Lam Dong.

Accordingly, Lam Dong province will allow investors to research, survey and propose investment projects in these fields, ensuring compliance with the investment attraction orientation of Lam Dong Province. At the same time, the province will create favorable conditions for investors to access information, accompany and solve difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.

Previously, on November 10, 2022, at Decision No. 1386 QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project under the PPP method. The project has a length of about 66km, the total investment in the phase 1 is 17,200 billion VND, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province is the competent state agency. In phase 1, the project will be completed and put into use in 2026.
