We would like to introduce the confesion of student Le Thi My Duyen, class D18KX1 of Faculty of Economics and Construction Management at Mien Trung University of Civil Engineering (MUCE) after visiting Cu Mong, Deo Ca, Co Ma tunnels and attended the seminar "Link to develop human resources".

When I arrived at FLC Quy Nhon resort, I could only burst with happiness. Deo Ca Group has prepared everything from transportation to accommodation and the parties are well organized and considerate. As a child of Phu Yen, I have gone through Cu Mong and Deo Ca tunnels many times, but not the Operation Center. When I had the opportunity to visit, my eyes were really widened by the scale of the work. I also saw the members of the company worked in solidarity and friendliness. At that moment, I just thought how proud if I would be a member of the Group.

Not only that, through the talk "Link to develop human resources" held on the morning of March 19, I had had the opportunity to exchange and gain more knowledge about the Group and the construction that the company has brought to society, tothe environment. I am more convinced in my heart that Deo Ca Group will be the destination in my journey. I really admire the style of Chairman Ho Minh Hoang and other senior leaders in the Group. Everyone shows me that I have to try and learn more to achieve my goals.

Finally, I would like to thank Deo Ca Group for giving me the opportunity to exchange and study with students from 15 universities from 3 regions of the country.
