On July 28, 2022, in Hanoi, Deo Ca Group (DCG), chaired by Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Management (BOM) Phan Van Thang, held a discussion about investment cooperation with Index Strategy Company - Japan.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Kimikazu Uemura - Managing Director of Index Strategy.

Overview of the meeting

Mr. Phan Van Thang introduced the fields of operation, achievements of Deo Ca, and the plan to implement its projects in 2022-2025. In addition, the Vice Chairman stated DCG’s orientation in cooperation with Index Strategy to bring into play the strengths of both parties in the management, operation and exploitation of road traffic works in Vietnam; towards Index Strategy becoming a strategic partner of Deo Ca through investment cooperation in transportation infrastructure projects, operation management real estate works, rest stops, outlet...; research and invest in potential public-private partnership (PPP) projects or contribute capital to implement PPP projects in Vietnam in the form of business cooperation contracts.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Kimikazu Uemura highly appreciated the successes of Deo Ca. He said that Index Strategy and Deo Ca have many commonalities and the potential to become partners, which combine resources to create real value for society and get the best profit for both parties. Index Strategy CEO also shared their experience on PPP projects in Japan.
