On September 11, 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, the SANY Group delegation led by Mr. Li Qin - Vice Chairman of SANY Group visited and worked with DEOCA Group.
This is a working session to clarify the comprehensive cooperation plan agreed upon during the visit to the SANY factory last June by Chairman DEOCA & the strategic cooperation agreement they signed previously.
Vice Chairman DEOCA Vo Thuy Linh, General Director Khuong Van Cuong and related department representatives welcomed and met with the SANY delegation.
DEOCA and SANY discussed cooperation plans
General Director Khuong Van Cuong presented cooperation plans. With DEOCA Group's growing volume of work in 2023 and beyond, there is a significant demand for construction equipment, which aligns with SANY's expertise. SANY will provide equipment based on DEOCA's requirements and the list of equipment to be purchased in 2023.
DEOCA expressed interest in SANY's digital technology equipment management system. Both parties agreed to have a dedicated session to discuss the transfer of remote management technology.
DEOCA aims to actively contribute to Vietnam's railway-metro system and seeks to collaborate with SANY to exchange expertise and implement these projects along with other transportation infrastructure initiatives in Vietnam.

Mr. Li Qin from SANY expressed willingness to collaborate with DEOCA in three areas: equipment provision, partnership introductions, and technology transfer, which align with DEOCA's specific interests.
DEOCA focuses on HR training and technology application in management. Similarly, SANY's Polytechnic Institute is essential for human development strategy and technology R&D. DEOCA plans to send personnel for machinery training at SANY Academy to learn digital equipment management.

The two sides agreed to continue promoting ongoing equipment procurement contracts, while continuing to research more cooperation options and participate in project implementation..
