Accordingly, they will unite and be determined to complete the Dong Dang - Tra Linh and Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway projects in 2025.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Deo Ca Group, represented businesses that proposed the project and reported to Uncle Ho. The parties have signed the liability confirmation book. Accordingly, VP Bank will fund 4,366 billion VND for Dong Dang - Tra Linh project. TP Bank has committed to supporting the Friendship Project - Chi Lang VND 3,511 billion. Cao Bang province will stop other public investment projects to focus on investing 4,080 billion VND for Dong Dang - Tra Linh project. Lang Son province has decided to increase the capital contribution of the local budget from 1,000 to 2,500 billion VND for the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang project.
Enterprises with strengths in real estate and industrial parks, such as Van Phu, Phu My, Thanh Loi, Thanh Cong, etc., will accompany Deo Ca Group to build expressways in these two provinces and other transport infrastructure projects in the country.

In the afternoon of the same day, at the headquarters of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, the signing ceremony of investment cooperation for the Dong Dang - Tra Linh and Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway projects was held.
Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Tran Hong Minh emphasized the vital significance of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Project in solving the problem of poor traffic and promoting socio-economic development of the province. Up to now, the project investment preparation procedures have been agreed. With the determination to speed up the project implementation, the two provinces of Cao Bang and Lang Son decided to start the project by the end of 2022.

Lang Son Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Quoc Doan affirmed that the province would pay attention to allocating capital and coordinating compensation for site clearance and other works to accelerate the start of projects as soon as possible. He expressed his wish that investors would accompany and be highly determined to ensure the project's progress and quality.
Mr. Dinh Van Nho - Deputy General Director of VP Bank, said: "VP Bank is aware that this is the political task and responsibility for the country's transport infrastructure. We are committed to investing to complete the project with the locality and investors".

The expressway from Hanoi to Cao Bang currently includes the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway and the 64 km expressway to Lang Son for safe and fast traffic. Deo Ca Group has overcome many difficulties since receiving the Bac Giang - Lang Son project. However, due to not being able to arrange capital, we still lack 30 km of the expressway to reach Lang Son city and 47 km of the expressway to reach Huu Nghi border gate. The Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway will not promote its total value if the Dong Dang - Tra Linh project is not implemented.
