On November 9, 2020, in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province, the construction contractor consortium included Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company, Hai Thach Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Hoang Long Construction Investment Corporation held the groundbreaking ceremony of package 12-XL of Mai Son - National Road 45 expressway section, under the North-South Expressway in the East construction investment project period 2017-2020.

Package No. 12-XL constructing the section from Km301 + 000 to Km307 + 600 including survey, design and construction. The investor of the project is Thang Long Project Management Board and total value of the package is 1,344 billion VND from the state budget.

This package has the starting point at Km301 + 000 in Ha Tien commune, the ending point at Km306 + 760 in Ha Linh commune, Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province.

Currently, the contractors consortium has issued decisions on the establishment of the package management board as well as appointing the Director, Deputy Directors of the Board and assigning relevant personnel to manage the construction work at the project. In the coming time, based on the construction progress, the contractors will continue to mobilize human resource to meet the construction requirements. The mobilization of machinery, equipment and materials has been implemented according to the plan, ensuring work progress.

The Executive Board of the package also said that they have completed the work of measuring, handing over location survey and setting-out plan for the construction work; the preparation of gathering yard for machinery, equipment, materials and construction camp has been completed; continue to mobilize machinery, equipment and materials for construction, mobilize personnel to make construction drawings.

The estimated execution time of the package is 24 months.
