On July 10, 2020, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company and the Advisory Council has a field trip to evaluate the preliminary performance of the second quarter of 2020 at Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project.

About XL04 package, Chairman of the Board of Management asked the Board of Directors and the construction contractors to make more efforts in the construction work, ensuring the route connection schedule by the end of 2020 to allow the circulation of vehicles of less than 16 seats and below 2.5 tons during Lunar New Year. At the same time, contractors must complete the frontage roads and service roads system along the route to serve motorbikes in urgent cases.
According to the Board of Directors’ report, the project has basically completed the work of superimposed loading to handle weak ground on the main route. Some of the bidding packages have been unloading superimposed material to construct the next items. There are 52 bridges under Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project have been constructed, in which 30 bridges completed piling, 20 bridges completed casting and installing beam; 9 bridges completed the bridge deck slab, ensuring the completion of the connection schedule. Up to now, the whole construction project has reached nearly 55% of the volume, ensuring the route connection plan by the end of 2020.
Preliminary meeting on emulation quarter II / 2020
At the preliminary meeting of the second quarter of 2020, the Chairman of the Board of Management acknowledges the efforts of the Board of Directors, contractors and is pleased with the results achieved over the past time. The Chairman also praised some of contractors such as DCG, Tuan Loc, BMT ... and individuals who have done well their duties, contributing to promoting the project’s progress as directed by the Prime Minister. On the other hand, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang criticized the contractors who have not achieved the expected results such as CII, Truong Thanh, 873, etc.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang emphasized, “Four contractors DCG, BMT, CII, Tuan Loc need to set an example for other contractors in the construction to ensure progress and quality. The contractors who are behind schedule must overcome and speed up construction to meet the connection schedule by the end of 2020. In case contractors continue not meeting the schedule, the Board of Directors shall replace or add new contractors to timely execute construction”.
