On February 20th, 2023, in Hanoi, Deo Ca Group Chairman Ho Minh Hoang met with the Graduate Training Institute Director of the National Economics University (NEU) Assoc. Dr. Le Trung Thanh.

They re-evaluated the cooperation on the ExeMBA program for managing personnel in DCG and evaluated the practicality of thesis topics.

Both sides agreed to coordinate on creating the document on the practice of DCG, at the same time, approved their future cooperation plan, including facilitating students to intern and work at Deo Ca.

Previously, 31 students that are senior personnel of DCG graduated from the ExeMBA the 9th Course.

The Course started in September 2019 with a customized DCG class, marking the beginning of the training cooperation between the two parties.

This Course was considered superior since the program is jointly co-developed by two sides based on the business's actual needs, making it easier for students to grasp knowledge and effectively apply knowledge in business activities.

The two sides always actively exchange to agree on the content of the modules, including situations where Deo Ca needs to deepen research and discussion. The purpose is to meet the growing needs of the business. Another notable feature is that the school decides the graduation thesis topics based on reference to the head of DCG, which is an essential factor in ensuring the practicality of the Course.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang selects 11 dissertation topic groups in line with investments and solutions to resolve issues from specific projects and assignments at the company. In addition, the dissertations will have support from the members of the Advisory Council of DCG to further enhance the essential skills of the graduates.
