On the first working day of Canh Ty - 2020, under the online chairing of Permanent Vice Chairman Luu Xuan Thuy at Ho Chi Minh City’s office, all offices and factories all over the country spent half an hour to celebrate spring meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Permanent Advisor Tran Chung thanked those who sacrificed family reunion chance to carry out the duty on this Tet. Especially at Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway project, officials and employees worked throughout Tet to keep pace with the general schedule. On the second day of the Lunar New Year, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Tran Chung also directly presented at Trung Luong - My Thuan construction site to encourage and congratulate managers and employees there.
On behalf of the north offices, Vice Chairman Vu Minh Hoang shared: “We forecast that 2020 is a year of many difficulties and challenges. Group leaders want all employees commit to complete well. That is good for both the Group and yourself because the better work you do, the better welfare you receive. Together we will make Deo Ca Group bigger and more prestigious.
All effort need to be expressed through work and the result is the most trustful mirror that reflects the ability and capacity of each person. More specifically, the criteria that the Group’s leaders wants their staffs have to:
- Firstly, work planning (medium and long-term work plan), show the vision and aspirations.
- Secondly, the procedure and solution for work show understanding.
- Third, willingness to commit the time of completion shows professionalism and responsibility.
One after another, all representatives of the offices, especially projects offices, expressed their determination to successfully accomplish the goals that the organization has set.
Mr. Luu Xuan Thuy, Vice Chairman of the BOM thanked and acknowledged the contributions of all managers and employees in 2019 for Deo Ca Group to obtain many important results such as: openned Cu Mong Tunnel, took over and speed up Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project, brought Bac Giang - Lang Son highway to the finish line and free openned for people passing on Canh Ty New Year; ensured safety for vehicles through all the works that Deo Ca Group is managing (Deo Ca, Cu Mong, Hai Van tunnels, ...); passed 3/3 prequalifications for North - South expressway project, initially approached successfully new " front ": Quang Ninh, Cao Bang, Tien Giang.
On behalf of the Group's BOM, Mr. Luu Xuan Thuy wished for the Advisory Council as well as all employees, health, happiness, energy and success in Canh Ty New Year - 2020.
