In the afternoon of September 2, the agenda “Connecting familial love & Globalization of Deo Ca’s culture” has ended after 4 exciting, intense, intimate days (from August 30 to September 2) at Ha Tien City, the easternmost point of the country from Southeast direction, in Kien Giang Province. More than 100 officers, employees of Deo Ca and their families, along with Major Nguyen Thanh Trang, counselor of the program, and guests from other provinces participated in the program. This is a very meaningful activity to celebrate the 74th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, hosted by Deo Ca Group and the Executive Board of BOT Trung Luong – My Thuan.

Intertwining in the program along with camping activity, stage participation and singing shows is the team-building program for participants to work in groups in games such as “Conical hat and the message”, “Get to know your teammates”, “Deo Ca Got Talent”,
performance of “Chicken dance”... It is a distinguishing work culture of Deo Ca Group to interlace not just fun but also enriching training activities for its personnel, to which the Executive Board of the company can not only create a close-knit atmosphere but also find new talents for future development.

During the play-and-learn agenda, all members prioritized the Stability theory of Chairman Ho Minh Hoang: STABLE MIND – STABLE DIRECTION – STABLE QUALITY, taking to heart the theory, striving for excellence in one’s life and work; as a guideline for action and effort; as a measure to evaluate performance and result. Furthermore, by understanding the theory, one will be able to set goals for oneself, allowing one’s own ambition to reach for “further heights”.

During 3 fun-filled and industrious days which further served as a bonding experience and highlighting Deo Ca’s culture, Major and counselor Nguyen Thanh Trang and Group leaders such as Vice Chairman of Board of Directors Luu Xuan Thuy, General Director Phung Tien Thanh, General Director of BOT Trung Luong – My Thuan Mai Manh Hong... have conveyed the message to always striving forward, never tire of working, winning but not arrogant – failing but not discouraged and promoting team solidarity. The lesson about the “Mathematics of life” of the Chairman Ho Minh Hoang was also repeated to all officers, employees to contemplate, scrutinize, in search of a balance in life.
