Detecting the incident through the surveillance camera system, Hai Van Tunnel Operating Center promptly directed the rescue force and securityguards to quickly approach and support these passengers, simultaneously monitor the car moving in the tunnel.

The forces of authorities approached and detected that 2 passengers are foreigners, one showed signs of being shocked, hugged his chest and shouting for help. The Operating Center quickly called an ambulance to carry 02 foreigners to Lien Chieu hospital and mobilized forces to stop the violation car when they got out of the tunnel. At the same time, informed Hoa Hiep Bac Ward Police and Traffic police at Cua O - Hoa Hiep station to handle the case of dropping passengers at restricted areas.
