On August 23rd, 2019 State Agency for Construction Quality Inspection managed by Construction Deputy Minister – Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board Le Quang Hung visits and inspects construction progress of Bac Giang – Lang Son highway project.
Participants include Mr. Nguyen Cong Truong, Vice chairman of Lang Son Province People’s Committee, representatives of departments and units, Transport Engineering Construction and Quality Management Bureau, Lang Son Province Project Management Unit of Investment and Construction, Design Engineering Consultancy Unit, Consultancy Supervision Unit, and contractors.
According to Management Board of Bac Giang – Lang Son BOT Company’s report, in August 2019, site clearance work shall be finalized, construction progress is 89% of construction quantities. “Construction work guarantees to complete according to plan, quality assurance satisfying technical requirements, project requirements”, indicated by Management Board’s report.
Bac Giang – Lang Son BOT Company also said, according to the plan, main route categories will be completed on September 15th, 2019, inspection work will be completed on October 2019, fee collection for this project will be completed on December 2019.

Lang Son Vice Chairman Pham Cong Truong evaluates, this is a key project not only in Lang Son but also nationally. From the time being assigned as competent authority, Lang Son has monitored tightly project construction work, averagely “one inspection per month”
“We re-implement on June 2017, with route length is 64 km, to build bride and sewer as well as grade and excavate mountain, which has come to finished stage, I must be say it is an achievement of BOT investor. It will become an exemplary construction, when operating”, said Mr. Truong. Lang Son Vice Chairman also proposes to cooperate with investor and makes plan for planting tree to adorn the scenery.

Construction Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung concluded:” Deo Ca Group is currently a largest investor in infrastructure investment, therefore, we really reassure. Route inspection shows that quality is still satisfying requirements until now. However, relevant units need to perform independent inspection, to ensure construction quality”.
Mr. Hung said that in addition to complete remaining items of construction, investor and Provincial authorities shall pay attention to site return, stabilize population life, perform security, order and traffic protection method in project area.
