On 06/01/2020 at the headquarters of Bac Giang - Lang Son PMU, Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company, Thang Long - Deo Ca Logistics Security Service Joint Stock Company cooperated with Economic Security Department. (PA04), Division of Public-Administrative Police (PC06), Lang Son Provincial Police organized a security training course and using tools for 40 trainees are commanders and security guards of Thang Long - Deo Ca Security Company.

Attending the opening ceremony of the course were Colonel Thieu Quang Tinh, Head of PA04 Division, leaders of professional teams of PA04, PC06 of Lang Son Provincial Police; Leaders of BG-LS PMU and Thang Long - Deo Ca Security Company.

40 trainees attending the course were imparted knowledge and skills related to security by lecturers from the Police Department of Lang Son Province such as: Legal knowledge for the security profession; The basic contents of the protection of agencies and enterprises; Patrol & maneuver; Use support tools on duty as prescribed by law, etc.

In addition, integrating with the specialized content of the training program, the leaders of Thang Long - Deo Ca Security Company will also equip and impart students with the basic contents of Deo Ca Group's culture and the philosophies of Chairman Ho Minh Hoang as the foundation and guideline for all activities of the Group such as the meaning of the slogan of Deo Ca Group; “Tam Định” theory; Operating tools "Daily life maths"; Management model based on the principle of "zoo management"; Management tools "Imperfect couple", "Three-person story", etc.

At the end of the course, students will have to take an examination organized by the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Ministry of Public Security and will be granted a certificate of professional protection and use of combat tools if they reach request. The course will take place from January 6, 2020 to January 15, 2020.

This course is part of preparation for the operation of Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway (Bac Giang - Chi Lang section) and further improving the quality of security - order work in production and business activities of Deo Ca Group in the North.
