On January 11, 2021, in the southern gate of the tunnel in Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city, Deo Ca Investment Joint Stock Company of Deo Ca Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, Thua Thien - Hue and Da Nang held the inauguration ceremony of Hai Van 2 tunnel.

Besides, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang also shared his concern about the shortcomings that have not been resolved, often in the status of "reviewed" and "continued to be “reviewed". The financial pressure, bank debt repayment, unsecured tunnel operation costs, while the authorities’ action to deal with inadequacies is often vicious, causing loss of confidence from investors. After Tet, the tunnel 1 will continue to operate normally, but Hai Van 2 tunnel must be closed. That leads to a huge waste of businesses and people.

This is the good news of the transport industry, a precious gift to welcome the 13th National Party Congress, affirming that Deo Ca Group is the number 1 bussiness in Vietnam in investment and management of transport infrastructure projects”.
Hai Van 2 tunnel category belongs to Deo Ca road tunnel project, with a length of 6.2 km (12.4 km including the leadingpath) is the longest road tunnel project in Southeast Asia. Hai Van 2 tunnel was proposed by Deo Ca Group to invest and deploy after implementing a series of tunnels of Co Ma, Deo Ca and Cu Mong. This is a record, affirming the capacity of Vietnam and Vietnamese enterprises in implementing a project of international stature.
Along with the series of tunnels implemented by Deo Ca Group, Hai Van tunnel will contribute to reduce traffic accidents, shorten travel time, and bring great economic and social benefits. This is a work that proves the wisdom and bravery of Vietnamese people in the development competition with the world.
