On July 19, at the birthplace of DEOCA brand, in a solemn and reverent atmosphere, DEOCA Group held the inauguration of Uncle Ho’s Temple and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh. The event marked a significant milestone in the series of activities celebrating the Group’s 40th anniversary.
Paying tribute to the roots
The idea, design, and construction of Uncle Ho’s Temple were initiated in May - a historic month when the nation celebrates President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19) and the 135th anniversary of his birth. After 60 days of expedited construction, the project was completed and inaugurated in time for DEOCA Group’s 40th anniversary.

Uncle Ho’s Temple was built in Deo Ca Tunnel Management Center.
The temple is more than an architectural work, it stands as a cultural symbol and a heartfelt expression of DEOCA Group’s gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted his life to revolutionary activities for the nation’s independence and freedom.
This event was a solemn occasion connecting the Group’s development journey with the ideological legacy of President Ho Chi Minh. It is a place where employees pay respect and remind themselves to study and follow his ideology, morals, and style in order to continue the noble values he left behind.

The delegates carried out a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Amid the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, General Director Ngo Truong Nam, on behalf of all the company’s staff and employees, stepped forward to pay tribute to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh. The report expressed profound gratitude and deep respect for DEOCA’s people for the President.
“President Ho Chi Minh dedicated his entire life to securing national independence, freedom, and the happiness of Vietnamese people so that we can live as we do today. In peacetime, we carry this profound gratitude in our hearts and fully understand that it is the sacred responsibility of our generation to build infrastructure projects that contribute to the country’s prosperity and help Vietnam stand alongside the world’s leading nations,” the report stated.
Under the leadership of the Party and guided by Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, we are committed to maintaining our determination, continuously innovating, and developing key transportation projects that open up new growth opportunities and improve the quality of life for our citizens. That is also our mission “To ensure a safe and prosperous future for both the people and the country of Vietnam.”

“Looking back to move forward”
After the inauguration ceremony and incense offering at Uncle Ho’s Temple, guests and the Group’s employees toured the “Journey through adversity" exhibition, which depicts the company’s 40-year history of development.

The delegates took a photo in front of Deo Ca tunnel.
The exhibition was designed in a unique tunnel shape, evoking the Group’s signature projects. It chronologically displays many artifacts and valuable documents, from the difficult early days to major milestones in infrastructure development. Among the highlights is a white Honda Wave motorbike that once carried Chairman Ho Minh Hoang along treacherous mountain roads during the initial inspections of DEOCA. This is a humble yet powerful symbol of pioneering spirit and determination.

Like a great vessel reaching its harbor of gratitude after a long voyage, it needs to take strength from its roots before conquering new horizons. The inauguration of Uncle Ho’s Temple and the 40th anniversary events are not only an occasion to look back on the past, but also a pledge from the people of DEOCA to continue serving the nation and creating landmark projects for a strong, prosperous Vietnam.
