Chairman of the People's Committee of Song Cau town (Phu Yen province) has awarded a certificate of merit to Cu Mong tunnel management enterprise for its outstanding achievements in fire prevention and rescue, contributing to ensuring security and order in the province.
On July 5, 2021, authorized by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Song Cau Town, Senior Lieutenant-Colonel Bui Ngoc Dieu went to Cu Mong tunnel to award the above reward decision to the staff of Cu Mong Tunnel management enterprise.

Previously, on April 17, 2021, right after receiving the fire information, the police of Song Cau town asked Cu Mong tunnel management enterprise to send fire fighting and rescue force to participate in fire fighting at KAMIZAWA KOUGEI Co., Ltd. in Northeastern Song Cau Industrial Park. The enterprise has mobilized 2 fire trucks, 1 water tanker of 20m3 and 10 employees to coordinate with the police team for fire fighting and rescue, promptly extinguish the fire, not allowing the fire to spread to the surrounding area, minimizing the damage.
Since Cu Mong tunnel was put into operation, in addition to cleaning, maintenance, and safety assurance for the tunnel, Cu Mong Tunnel management enterprise has followed the coordination regulations to ensure political security, traffic order and safety, fire prevention and rescue, and protection of the safety of Cu Mong tunnel, at the same time actively support Song Cau town and Quy Nhon city in fire prevention work.
