The letter of the Advisor
On April 12, 2020, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Chung, Permanent Advisor of Deo Ca Group Advisory Board sent a letter to Mr. Ho Minh Hoang proposing a 40% reduction of his remuneration to support employees and workers on construction site.
In the letter, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Chung wrote: “A spirit of weathering the epidemic storm, a temperament rarely seen in other businesses. This is a great steering effort of the Group's leaders in the present time.
I myself am over the age of 60, keeping social distancing according to the direction of the Government and the Group's request, my working time is mostly at home.
I am writing to request the Chairman of the Group to reduce my remuneration by 40% starting from April 2020 until the pandemic is controlled and the activities of society return to normal. I would like to share the common difficulties of the Group and supporting the brothers and sisters on the “frontline” during the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic of the whole country”.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang wrote a letter to thank Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Chung for sharing with the difficulties and challenges being posed to Deo Ca Group and his attention to the employees in the system.
In reply to his advisor, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang wrote: “Still working hard though being over 70 years old, in one way of another, you and members in Advisory Board have always made regular and important contributions for the operation of the Group system, especially in this particular context. You and the advisers are typical examples of enthusiastic labor for the younger generation to follow. With your proposal to reduce 40% of the monthly remuneration as written in your letter, as the head of the Group and the leadership perspective, I would like not to agree with your request”.

No one was left behind
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said that, in this time, many people questioned what Deo Ca Group will do to overcome this difficult period when many businesses, even well-known enterprises have plan to suspend, cut jobs, reduce salaries.
