31 students who are senior leaders of Deo Ca Group have graduated from the 9th Executive MBA Course.
Prominent among the pioneer students is Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung, a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering who was trained in Germany. He has many years experience of working as a traffic engineering consultant and running leading consulting companies in the field of transport infrastructure in Vietnam. Participating in the Executive MBA (ExeMBA) training course, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung was highly appreciated by the Master Thesis Judging Committee and given the best score (9.8 points).

In order to acknowledge and encourage the senior staff for studying well as well as working efficiently in such a challenging circumstance, the Chairman of the Board of Management of Deo Ca Group Ho Minh Hoang decided to reward the top 10 students of the course. In which, top 5 students with the best graduation scores will be sent to participate in the doctoral research program.
Affirming the importance of this ExeMBA course, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh - General Manager of the Group said: "The Master's training course is a useful course for the Group and for each student. Especially, in Deo Ca, there are many leaders who come from the technical fields, so being equipped with knowledge of operating management, finance, etc. is very necessary to serve recent works. In addition, the training activities jointly implemented by the Group and the school such as seminars and field visits are also very important”. According to the General Manager, this training program is in line with the “Three Managements” strategy of the Chairman of the Board of Management, especially when the program has a combination of theory and practice.

Closing the course after more than 3 years of training with a lot of practical knowledge that has been acquired, that team of "elite warriors" is taking strong and steady steps forward, entering the big “battles", winning great victories for the Group.
The 9th course of ExeMBA Senior Executive Master's Programs started in September 2019 with 1 class only for students from Deo Ca Group. This is an important milestone, the beginning of a training cooperation relationship between a prestigious university in the country and a leading enterprise in the field of traffic infrastructure investment.
This training program is considered superior because the learning content is jointly developed by NEU and Deo Ca according to the actual needs of the enterprise. Specifically, the training curriculum is linked up with practical issues in the Group's organization and operation, making it easier for trainees to grasp knowledge as well as improve their applicability in the process of enterprise management.

Besides, the graduation thesis topics of the student are based on the basis of reference and consensus of the head of Deo Ca Group. This is a very important factor to ensure the practicality of the program”.
Among the dissertation topics, there are 11 typical topics selected by Mr. Ho Minh Hoang which were built close to the actual investment activities, and solutions to handle problems from specific work. In addition, besides the guidance of NEU’s lecturers, the dissertations will have the support and criticism of the members of the Advisory Council of Deo Ca Group to further improve the "real combat skills” of the students.
