On May 18, at the project office of Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Quang Ngai Provincial Police, Project Management Board 2, and DEOCA Group (representative of a consortium of contractors) signed the Regulation on cooperation to ensure security and order at the project in Quang Ngai province.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Cao Viet Hung – Deputy Director of PMU 2, Colonel Vo Van Duong - Deputy Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Police, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dong - Deputy Chairman of DEOCA, and representatives of contractors in the joint venture and other related units.

The content of the Regulation includes coordination in propagating, disseminating, and guiding contractors and employees to raise their awareness of law observance and responsibility in protecting national security and ensuring order and safety in society.

In addition, the parties cooperate to exchange information, organize drills, develop and implement plans to ensure security for the project construction process, deal with problems, etc.

Based on the contents of this Regulation, the parties are responsible for thoroughly implementing and providing specific instructions for the effective implementation of the proposed contents while monitoring, urging, and summarizing the regulation implementation results..

Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy said that Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway was 88km long, passing through many districts, so during the implementation process, it was challenging to avoid affecting the lives of people around the project.

"The project has the participation of many parties, so ensuring security and safety at the project is vital" Mr. Huy said.

Giving souvenirs to three parties

Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon Expressway has a 27.7 km route passing through Binh Dinh province. Shortly, the investor and the contractor will also coordinate with the Binh Dinh provincial police to sign a similar coordination plan.

Signing the coordination regulation demonstrates the parties' commitment to the highest goal of bringing the project to the finish line on time.

At the projects implemented by DEOCA, the Group cooperates with local authorities to sign a regulation on coordination to ensure project security and order.
