On June 18th, 2019, the Traffic Police Department of Thua Thien Hue Province, together with Huong Thuy Town Police, Phu Loc District Police, Inspector of Traffic Police Department of Thua Thien Hue and Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Joint Stock Company (Hamadeco), Phuoc Tuong Phu Gia BOT Joint Stock Company, Trung Phuong Co., Ltd. enacted a new regulation on collaboration in the work to ensure security and traffic safety for the road bridge, the tunnel of Hai Van tunnel, Bac Hai Van toll station, and Phu Bai toll station.

This regulation also stipulates the responsibility of security coordination among units for the absolute safety protection towards senior leadership of the Party, State, international visitors passing Hai Van tunnel, or important events of Thua Thien Hue and Da Nang city, preventing traffic congestion, protecting the scene of traffic accidents, fire and explosion incidents, etc…, providing and exchanging information; as well as verify, investigate and handle any violation of law.
The coordination must ensure proper functions, tasks and rights of the involved parties. When there is request of exchanging information, the requested party must provide such information in a quick, complete, accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and take responsibility for the content of information provided, support the other paties in facilitating them to fulfill their responsibilities.
Every 3 months, affiliated units of Trung Phuong Company, Hamadeco Company, BOT Phuoc Tuong Phu Gia Joint Stock Company conduct a survey of signing system for road traffic, traffic organization, lighting system, environmental sanitation ... to ensure that no item is missing, damaged, or does not meet the standards on QL1A road (belonging to the responsibility of Trung Phuong Company), Hai Van tunnel, BOT area, which causes danger for traffic, by which they will coordinate to propose remedies in proper time.
